Each gemstone used in our jewelry is carefully selected for its natural beauty and quality. Please note that, as each stone is a unique creation of nature, variations in colour, pattern, and texture may occur. These differences add to the individuality of each piece. While gemstones are believed to possess spiritual and healing properties, these claims are not scientifically proven. Order Processing and Delivery 

All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and made to order. It takes approximately 2-3 days to process and prepare your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within India, depending on your location. 

You will receive a tracking number via your registered email and WhatsApp/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges 

• Domestic Shipping: Free within India. 
• International Shipping: A flat charge of INR 800 applies. 

Duties and Taxes for International Orders 

Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the order total. These charges, if applicable, are levied by the destination country and are payable directly to the shipping agency upon the package’s arrival. 

Custom Orders 

Special custom orders may require additional time to craft. Typically, custom pieces take 1-2 weeks to be completed and prepared for shipping.
