Order Processing and Delivery 

All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and made to order. It takes approximately 2-3 days to process and prepare your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within India, depending on your location. 

You will receive a tracking number via your registered email and WhatsApp/SMS once your order has been dispatched. 

Urgent Delivery Requests

Shipping Charges 

• Domestic Shipping: Free within India. 

• International Shipping: A flat charge of INR 800 applies. 

Duties and Taxes for International Orders 

Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the order total. These charges, if applicable, are levied by the destination country and are payable directly to the shipping agency upon the package’s arrival. 

Custom Orders 

Special custom orders may require additional time to craft. Typically, custom pieces take 1-2 weeks to be completed and prepared for shipping.

Our jewelry comes packaged in Triyana box. If you would like to include a personal message with your order, feel free to email us at contact@triyana.in, and we will happily include your note.
